Danella Williams is a Florida business and litigation attorney and founder of Williams Taylor Law. She represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives in complex commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, and ongoing outside general counsel engagements.
Danella built her legal career at respected litigation boutiques, a national law firm, and the technology transactions practice of a leading regional law firm. She has represented clients in high-stakes business, copyright, trademark, contract, and international disputes.
But her approach to practicing law was shaped long before she became a lawyer.
Danella’s first job was as a cashier at McDonald’s. She later spent more than a decade in customer-facing roles. Those experiences instilled a philosophy she brings to every engagement: clients are customers, and exceptional legal work should come with exceptional service.
That means being responsive, communicating clearly, respecting a client’s time and money, and approaching client service with a genuine “my pleasure” mentality.
A graduate of Florida State University College of Law, Danella has built her practice around combining sophisticated legal counsel with the responsiveness and personal attention clients should expect from the professionals they trust.
